So Far So Good!
I have been using these vitamins about a week now, My hair is already growing Not much difference in my nails and skin, I had been using the tablets that dissolves in your mouth and they were good, The only thing about these U need to take them with food But they are easy to swallow Other than that I am going to keep taking them.

    Best little known secret
    A 30ish friend, oriental descent, had bad thinning hair on top. One day I saw her hair had grown in! I asked thinking it was some expensive medicine. Nope, taking this 10,000 mg biotin for 6 months. I got right on it. About 4 months later my hair dresser says she can't believe how much my hair grows. She remarks almost every appt. In my 60s, couldn't be happier, My secret.

    I started taking these pills a few months ago and am really happy with the results. I think I seem the most improvement in my skin and nails. My hair could still use some help in terms of being a little straw-y but I think overall this product is great and has made me feel so much better about my skin!!

    Been taking this specific brand for several years now. It does make your hair and nails grow, you definitely do see a difference after a month of taking them every day. Highly recommend product. I will continue to use. The key is to be consistent and take it every day.

    I take Biotin for my hair and nails. It keeps my nails from cracking, peeling, and splitting. Doctor said I could take 20,000, but I found I was growing peach fuzz on my face with 20,000, so I cut back to 10,000, which seems to be the perfect dose. 5,000 did not do the job for my nails. I also think that finally my hair has stopped falling out so I'm giving the 10,000 Biotin the credit. I researched the brand names of vitamins and Nature's Bounty came up in the top 3 many times.

    Biotin has been a great help in making my nails grow and become stronger. It has also helped my hair grow faster, and has even helped my husband regrow hair on his bald head and has made a huge difference in getting his beard thicker. Great product, use it everyday!

    My hair stopped falling out
    This is great! It's the only biotin that has stopped my hair loss, I think it's the high dosage of 10,000mcg of biotin.
