I used to take
I used to take these faithfully every single day but I never saw or felt a difference. I'm not sure how long it normally takes to see or feel effects, but I was hoping I would at least see a difference in my hair.

    I started taking biotin
    I started taking biotin about four months ago and I feel like it improved my hair and nails right away. However recently my nails feel weaker than ever as does my hair not sure what is causing it but I have still been taking the biotin regularly.

    Definitely notice a difference in my nails, i have had acrylic overlay on my nails for close to 2 years straight. Underneath my nails are strong and healthy

    I love taking this
    I love taking this in the morning to boost my energy to start the day. My hair and skin has looked so much better. I just had a baby and this has really helped bring my hair back to life. My skin has also been glowing and clear - even during my period.

    Ok, but don't have these shipped in the summer!
    We live in Florida and ordered these in August. The packing was good, but it was left in the mailbox in the hot sun for about 2 hours. The gel caps all fused together due to the heat. We had to cut open the bottle and pick the gel caps apart one by one. They were really stuck together and it took quite a bit of time. We lost a few since they will open and leak if you apply too much pressure when pulling apart.
