I am very happy
I am very happy with this brand of biotin. It is one of two brands of biotin that i do regularlly purchase because it is high quality at a great price. Ive taken biotin for years and can't imagine ever nkt taking them. Especially now as 40 is coming up in about a year for me!! Got to have a good consistent beauty ritual and I'm happy to have biotin as part of my daily beauty routine!

Nah i tried this and never liked it nor did it work on me :/ I'm pretty sure it gave the opposite effect of what I was looking for

    I bought this product hoping that it would help my nais which had become very weak due to wearing artifical nail tips for a wedding. I was not disappointed! After just one month my nails were back to normal. I will continue to use this product because it obviously works well for me!

    Great for better nails
    I added this to my supplements and I saw a rapid improvement on my toe and finger nails. Sadly, I took the bottle on a trip, the cap popped open and I ended wasting over half of the bottle. I replaced it with some gummy vitamins for nail, hair and skin and I haven't seen the improvements I had with just this supplement alone. I'm going back on it again soon

    Recently I've been recommended to take biotin to grow out my hair and I've seen a difference in my hair length for a month. Even my friends were shocked to see how my hair grew so quickly. I usually take these once a day with my other vitamins.

    They definitely help your hair and nails grow fast and sturdy. Make sure you take as many as recommended, everyday. The product only works if you use it as directed.

    I use this for my hair take it every day ! It has really made a difference in my hair. I'm 60 and my hair from what I'm told is beautiful ! It's thick and shiny I will continue taking these ! You won't see a difference right away it takes months ! Also if you have to get blood work - ask your dr ? I have yo go off of it for a week or two before my test

    I love the brand
    I love the brand Natures Bounty and I think biotin is great but I'm not sure how much this benefitted me. I know biotin is good for hair, skin and nails. I already have very strong nails and my hair grows pretty fast. I think someone how has thin hair or slow growing hair might benefit more from this, as well as slow growing or weak nails.
