    Been taking them for years.
    Like all vitamins not really sure if they work are not however I take them anyways. I'm not a very healthy person and I'm still alive so I would like to think they're doing something.

    Best Period Hack
    I got this because my period was 42 days late and doing research I read Vitamin C can help to induce it. I took it a few hours after it was delivered at my door when I was going to sleep around 11 p.m and when I was at work at almost 4 p.m I noticed I had gotten it after having cramps for hours. I'm so happy it worked because I'm really impatient. Definitely gonna keep using it whenever my period becomes irregular from stress again.

    Nature made supplements are the best
    As I need them for my health, I need the best as the other brands have to much junk in them that I don't want to take. They're the best ones health wise.
