    Important vitamin to take
    I bought these because it was time released and thought it would be better than the standard B12. I have been taking Vitamin 12 for year or so because it boosts energy and is supposed to prevent heart disease. I believe in taking vitamins to keep me healthy and strong and Nature Made is a very good brand.
