Something to use occasionally
Slept great the first night, second night a woke up a few times and by the third night I couldn't sleep again. This might be ok to use once in awhile so your body doesn't adjust to it.

    Fantastic Product! Best Natural Sleep Ever.
    Absolutely love this product. I only take a 1/2 a serving with hot water at night, and it works beautifully. Doesnt try to force you to sleep like other products...Just a nice ease into sleepyland. Very happy with this product.

    Calmful Sleep is another great product!
    Calmful Sleep is another Great product. I prefer the Calmful Gut over Sleep though because I can���t tell that the Sleep helps me sleep any better than the Gut so between the two I would prefer to add the benefits of the probiotics and digestive enzymes that are included in the Gut version.

    This is an amazing product. I always have problem sleeping and always wake up In the middle of the night and it's hard to go back to sleep. Last night my friend gave me some of this and let me tell you it was the best sleep. I woke up relaxed and energetic.

    I tried this to help stay asleep at night just to see if it works. I am very pleased that it does work for me compared to before. I wish it came in a larger size but I will continue to use it.

    Very Relaxed and calm feeling very quickly
    It made me feel very relaxed and sleepy rather quickly which I loved. The downside side is I woke up once or twice during the night so it did not keep me asleep all night long. Which is why I only gave it 3 stars. The effects seem to wear off quickly
