Unflavored is the BEST!
I love the unflavored! Have this every morning, it helps with mental fog and keeps me running. I mix it with my morning tea, add a small amount of honey and the bitterness goes away.

    Very relaxing after Gym or for sleeping
    I highly recommend this product if you want to wind down after a long and hard day at the gym. Plus the added zinc supplements to the already healthy magnesium. Wish I had know about this product sooner.

    Natural calm plus calcium
    I received my natural calm calcium plus calcium and is not bad for trying it for the first time. It has no flavor so it taste like water and it kind of made a difference from my mood kind of calming me down.

    I didn't think this would help but I decided to give it a try. I'm glad this mix has no flavor to it. I'm glad I gave this try because it works. I drink this and then I start to calm down and relax. The last few months have been so stressful and this drink has made it easier to deal with.

    A little calming
    I tried Natural Vitality Calm plus Calcium. Its "unflavored" but tastes a little salty. The description said that you may feel a sense of calm but it really isn't that noticable. Its not like your whole body relaxes and you sink into the couch. Drinking it warm like tea does give you a calming sensation but I feel like maybe it should be a little more calming. I drink 2 teaspoons a day for a week now and its like drinking a glass of warm tea. Nothing really spectacular.

    I am a huge proponent of taking natural supplements like this. Over the years I have studied and looked into taking the supplements that my bodied needed, and these are on thr list. I like that they are together and easy to take in and digest. The powder dissolves quickly in the warm water, and leaves behind no powdery residue. It does have a tangy flavor. Nothing is truly flavorless, lol. But, it's quite mild and leaves no aftertaste. It did not upset my stomach at all. I did not experience a newly developed calm feeling, lol. But, I really didn't expect that since I try to keep my body balanced daily. Overall, very happy with this product. I received this to test, but my opinion is honest and my own.

    I brought this 2 months ago and it helps when your stressed out alot. With the kind of work i do now it's very stressful so this helps alot thru out the day or night. Thanks for a back up item . I love the taste its not bitter
