Be Careful with this Magnesium Supplement
I had severe heart palpitations for approximately 36 hours after taking a full dose of this magnesium supplement. As I had already taken my regular magnesium supplements for the day, then taking this Calm supplement put me at twice the maximum daily allowance causing serious palpitations. Therefore I suggest that you take an accounting of all of your magnesium supplementations when taking this product.

    CALM works great. I take it before I go to sleep and have a very restful night's sleep. The main ingredient is Magnesium so be careful not to take too much.

    Couldn't drink. It was so bitter and not palatable to the taste buds. The ⭐ up there should be a minus ⭐. The company really needs to work on the taste. Right now, it's buy once, threw away, learned lesson, never buy again.
