Natural calm
I see this natural calm stuff on tv all the time. Thought I would try it. It doesn't taste to bad. I think it works tho. I just made a glass and sat down to drink it. Well it says to sip on it. So I did. I felt good after it was all gone. Like some gow it calms your nerves. After a long day at work. It is nice to just sit and chill. No worries about anything.

Unpleasant taste
Though this is "unflavored" it definitely has a flavor, and I did not find it appetizing. It also takes a decent amount of time for the product to fully dissolve in water. I stopped using it after a couple weeks because of the flavor, so I can't speak to how effective it is.

    Helps maintain calm
    I am not someone who likes sugary drinks but I also have a ton of stress in my daily life with my family and just with life in general. Stress can eat into health making your health even worse so at times it's best to sit back with a good drink and just decompress. This mix has the right balance of vitamins you need and also is something that I can drink without worrying about my sugar.

    I didn't feel anything
    When I first got this product I took the recommended dosage and didn't feel any effects. I decided that it didn't work and put it away in the medicine cabinet. After continuing to have trouble sleeping I decided to look into it a little more. After some research, I saw that many people need to take it over an extended period to see its effects. I decided to give it another try and stick with it for a while to see if this time it would work for me. Unfortunately, I tried it consistently over a two week period and I still didn't get the desired effect. I didn't mind the taste and I definitely didn't have any negative reaction so no harm no foul. I just wish I could have experienced that calm and improved sleep that others experience.

    Wonderful concept
    Trying to open this bottle was a bit difficult. The tab which circles the lid in which you pull to open, kept breaking on me and I had to use a butter knife in order to finish opening. For those who have a hard time with these things, will find that part difficult. Once I was able to open the top, I was glad to see that it had an extra seal to keep it fresh. The powder itself, is very fine but didn't dust up on me. It also has no smell. The bottle has complete instructions and dosage on the back. The writing is fairly larger so its easier to read. I like the fact that I can simply add the powder to water and drink it vs taking a pill. Much easier to swallow. It has no taste so you don't know you're even taking a supplement. As far as the calming aspect, I did not feel any difference in my mood nor relaxation. I do have a pretty stressful job and home life, so its possible that is the reason I didn't feel any of the benefits. As far as a recommendation, I would personally not continue to use this BUT it may work different for others. So in that aspect, I would recommend to try it and hope it works for others.

    When I got this product I tried it out and it worked out really well with being no taste I could put it in anything that I want to put it in I like to put it in orange juice in the morning and it's tasteless sign that don't even know it's there
