    I like it
    Flavor is great. I need to increase my magnesium so this is an easy way to do it before bed. Not sure how much of a “calming” effect it has. It seems to help me stay asleep longer. But either way, I prefer it to a capsule.

    Calms my restless feet.
    I do not make many reviews but this product deserves one . I suffer with restless foot syndrome. It is bad enough that it keeps me awake. My Dr prescribed a medication for it that helped for awhile. When it began to fail me my daughter recommended that I try CALM. I did and it worked. So I have been using it as along with the prescription ever since. No more problem going to sleep because of restless feet. I make a mug of it every night before bed time. One or two teaspoons in a large mug of hot water. I add sweetner. I enjoy drinking it. Like a cup of tea. I recommend it.

    Easy Peasy!
    Easy to get in the habit of taking magnesium this way and surprisingly tasty! I mix the drink first and then use it to take all my other meds.

    Calm definitely lives up to its claims. In the few weeks since I have been taking it, I have felt more relaxed and inwardly settled than I used to. Calm dissolves well in water, and I enjoy the pleasant flavor. (I have raspberry-lemon.) A good and helpful product.
