hint of lemon zest
The first initial opening of the container you get a strong whiff of lemon scent which is awesome. I already drink hot lemon water before I sleep so it was not an issue. I placed one tsp of the powder into my mug and heard it sizzle, then I placed the second scoop. I then started to stir it and OMG it started to rise LOL I thought it was going to overflow even tho I only had half a cup of hot water. So be prepared for it. After it finally settled, I could smell the strong lemon essence which I love. I'm not sure if it's just me or what but I found this to have a slight after taste of some sort. I found it to have a slight slimy after taste (not a fan). Because of this, I put some local honey to see if it would eliminate that and it did help a slight bit. My husband did not taste what I tasted. Mind you I'm one that can taste differences in bottled water. As for whether it actually works, I personally did not feel any difference after trying it for 2 wks. It's not for me.

    don't like the changes
    I have recently purchased CALM powder. I have used this for many years. This particular purchase seems to be a different formula. The flavor is lessened and the fizz is way less as well. I am not certain if you have changed the formula, but I am not the only person I know who has recognized this change and is unhappy with it.

    I tried the Natural Vitality Calm magnesium supplement. Its an anti stress drink mix. I golloeed the the directiond of starting out with half a teaspoon in the first and second day.i used cold water the firdt two times it was ok until day three when I used with warm water.it does relax you like herbal tea. I like that it contains no sugar, fructose or starch.Its brst to use early or later in the evening after coming from work and helping children with homework and fixing dinner. I also find it helps me to relax after a hot bath or hot shower.i like the taste.

    Love the product. They have various flavors, so far I like all.  The Sweet Lemon is like a Myers Lemon. It has the real taste of lemon peel squeezed, not fake, syrupy sweet, or bitter. It fizzes a little when you add it to water.  If needing to add magnesium to your diet, this is a fast great way.

    Natural Vitality CALM actually works! This is a magnesium supplement drink to help you calm down enough to relax. I have a high stress job so I really needed this. I did not feel drugged after I drank it. It has a sweet lemon flavor and it dissolves quickly. First you add 1g of the CALMING powder to a small amount of warm water, 3oz. You will work up to the recommended 2 teaspoons because not everyone will need that much to relax. Let it fizz and stir until it's dissolved. After it's dissolved add more warm water or cold and enjoy. As always as your doctor before trying the CALMING powder.

    Great Calming Product!
    I tried this Calm powder product and it actually tasted pretty good! It was lemony in flavor and I have drank it now on several occasions. It makes me calm especially after a stressful day of work! Highly recommend!

    I got this product I was a little unsure if it would actually work but to my surprise it did make me feel better I was kinda worried about the taste because of the fizzing but it wasn't bad tastes like lemon did have a little bit of a after taste but not a bad one though

    Great taste!
    Never tried something like this before and I am so happy that I did. Especially during these times are stressful for a lot of people and to have this on hand has been a huge help! Doesn't have a strong flavor to me and it does help me calm down a lot.

    I recieved this product to try. The flavor was alright, but to calm you down it didn't really help me. I had to wait for it dissolve which it says a the label to do but I really don't think it calmed me down might other people
