Best Magnesium & Calcium supplement
This is a powder you mix with water and normally use once a day. I take it at night for its calming effect and it also supports your immune system. Originally I contacted the company (Natural Vitality) on line and they sent me free samples. I loved it and I bought it! They do not sell this at my local Walmart stores so had to order on line.

Minimal Effects
I wanted to love this product because I can use some calm in my life. After using this for a few weeks now for review, I can't say I noticed much of an effect from it. Even the taste is pretty subtle. I prefer the gummies version of this over the powder. I felt more of an effect from the gummies and I enjoyed the taste of it a lot more.

    Love this flavor. I use this for cramps and to stop the shaking I have at times. Not sure why it stopped it but am happy it does. I just want to say this is an awesome product and glad I have found it.

    Just ok
    I wasn't really a fan of the cherry flavor. It was ok but not my favorite. I tried it warm, it might be better cold. It might take more experimenting but not something I can see myself drinking everyday.

    Good Taste!
    I tried this for the calming effect. The taste is pretty good, but I'm only using a half teaspoon. It dissolved in the water completely, but a little inconvenient that you have to use warm water first as it's not always available on the go. Hopefully they will make it to dissolve in cold water. The calming effect is subtle, hopefully it will increase when I gradually add more to my water.

    The best for my Lifestyle
    I have a pretty busy life style, but there are moments where the excitement of the day stays all day, sometimes at night time it's hard to fall sleep and this definitely helps me to calm down. Talking about the flavor and texture of the white powder, the cherry taste is so gentle & the powder very light and powdery. Definitely will buy it again.

    Overall I think this is also a good powder. I do like the fact that I can mix this in water. I don't like to mix too many flavors together so this is great with water! Overall I was satisfied with this product and would definitely recommend it to friends. Packaging was also good.

    delicious for a calming powder
    after taking my time trying this product out I can safely say its pretty good. the cherry flavor does make it easier to drink. as for a calming reaction I drink it in thr morning to start the day great. having a 5 month old makes night time extremely difficult so it's great powder to start the day with.

    Me and my husband tried it and so far so good. It's puts in relax mode. I normally don't do anything that is cherry flavored but this actually tasted good. Definitely met my expectations and would definitely recommend.

    It's really hard to tell how effective this product is. I've made it when I am relaxing at the end of the day and also randomly throughout the day, and I can't say that I have consistently noticed positive or negative results. The flavor isn't bad, not too strong. I didn't notice any major side effects. It may have help "calm" me a little at then end of the night but I don't think I would be confident in recommending this product just because it's wasn't a noticeable difference for me.
