Calming
I didn't think this would help but I decided to give it a try. I'm glad this mix has no flavor to it. I'm glad I gave this try because it works. I drink this and then I start to calm down and relax. Not actually unflavored...
For being unflavored, it definitely has a weird flavor to it. Wish I would have purchased one that actually has a specific flavor.

    Very relaxing after Gym or for sleeping
    I highly recommend this product if you want to wind down after a long and hard day at the gym. Plus the added zinc supplements to the already healthy magnesium. Wish I had know about this product sooner.

    Natural Calm Plus Calcium (unflavored)
    This particular product with this particular amount of magnesium is necessary for me to benefit. The Calm products with flavoring have a lower amount of magnesium and do not work for me. When returned to the Natural Calm Plus Calcium, this product works well for me.

    I received my natural calm calcium plus calcium and is not bad for trying it for the first time. It has no flavor so it taste like water and it kind of made a difference from my mood kind of calming me down.
