If you have a hard time falling asleep or staying asleep this definitely helps achieve a more restful night sleep and has lost of vitamins to promote better health and increase immune system definitely recommend if you want to achieve a more restful night sleep

    They have a good flavor, People over 60 shouldn't take more than 3 mg of Melatonin. This seems to have a perfect amount of everything, Although I do not take them every night.

    They really work!
    I love taking these Natrol Sleep + immune health gummies whenever I'm having difficulty falling asleep. Some nights I feel like I have restless legs and these really help. The only downside I have noticed that if I can't get a full 8+ hours of rest they can make you groggy in the morning. I have purchased 4 times since receiving this sample. The price is a little high but there are often coupons available.

    Great taste, didn't knock me out..
    I loved the taste and texture of the gummy, and was very interested in the additional benefits aside from helping me sleep. However, it really didn't serve its original purpose, help me fall asleep. I don't believe it's the brand, I think its because it's mixed with other ingredients. I have another Natrol product which is strictly melatonin and it work like magic and has the same dose as this one.

    I have had insomnia for most of my life and have tried everything. Some might work to get me to fall asleep but I never stay asleep. This helps me fall asleep and stay asleep and doesn't leave me groggy in the morning. I already bought more.

    Effective way to sleep
    The first thing I check on an edible product are it's ingredients. The product seems to have clean ingredients in addition to it being drug free, vegetarian, Non-GMO and with no artificial flavors. The sugar content is decent at 5%. The elderberry flavor was good for intake and it was pretty effective for sleep. I haven't tried any other melatonin supplements so this looks pretty good. I usually take it on days when I need to sleep earlier and I feel this is best for correcting your sleep cycle.
