I bought this product for my father who is 84. He has gone through 40 pills so far and it seems to be working. I don't expect to see miracles in the first 60 pills but it to be working in a positive direction.

Money down the drain.
I used Cognium for several months and they definitely did not meet my expectations. I got no positive results whatsoever. Additionally, the money back guarantee yielded no results either and it has been well over a year. I’m very disappointed in the product and the claimed guarantee and cannot recommend it.

    It works!
    I bought this product one month ago in a drugstore. I didn't know anything about it or the brand, I just wanted something to help me to remember things and stay aware. After taking the product for a month, I definitely noticed that my memory improved. I'm not as distracted as I used to be and I can plan my day by remembering things I have to do. Also I noticed it helped me with my exams by been focus and remember what I studied. I'll definitely buy it again and try other products !

    Need Focus and clarity
    I brought this bottle yesterday, using it for the first time, I am a student and need something to wake up my neurons, I forget things and have brain fog when it comes to taking exams. I take both tablets at once. Based on the reviews let's hope it works for me. It's too early for me to give a review.

    These tablets really help clear up my mind fog.
    Two years ago about age 68 I started having memory problems. I take 2 of these tablets every day. They have cleared away the foggy memory of old age. The only down side is I now remember some things I wish were left forgotten.

    terrible, they ship expired products
    I ordered 4 bottles, the order was received today, BUT ALL 4 BOTTLES HAVE AN EXPIRATION DATE OF April 2021 over ONE MONTH AGO? I expect complete refund or reshipment of product that does not expire before 2022

    Sold Me Expired Tablets!!!
    Please check the expiration date before taking anything. I received 2 bottles that were Expired! Very careless on their part. I discarded the unopened bottles, sent an email that was ignored! Shameful!
