They work!!!
I have insomnia. I've tried regular melatonin. They didn't work. This product worked! I'm getting better sleep, thankfully.

    I know melatonin is dissolved but this doesn't dissolve nor worked when swallowed as a tablet nor when chewed. Box doesn't even say HOW to use it exactly

    Work's well.
    Work's well. It is essential to get a time release form of Melatonin to help you stay asleep, and I feel that 10 mg is a proper dose, especially for a large person.

    Better than a prescription!
    I was having trouble sleeping and I was waking up every two hours. Not anymore! This product is amazing. I sleep through the nights for the most part now. If I do wake up I easily fall back to sleep. I do not feel groggy in the mornings either.
