It is hard to find Vitamin C in an easy to swallow capsule. I highly recommend Now C-1000 capsules. I ran out of capsules earlier this month, and fell back on my old tablets. I had forgotten how much I disliked that formulation, and was glad that my reorder arrived quickly. Thanks, Swanson.

Not for me..not sure why
I got sick as a dog every time I took this. I am really not sure why, but something about C by itself just doesn't work for me, it seems. I can take it in a multi, just not alone. I love NOW though and am sure it's a great product despite my inability to take it.
