cools my heart down
The human heart produces a little creatine and stores it inside the heart, but for many, it's not enough. I augment this natural production of creatine with one cap of the above a.m. and one cap p.m., so when I am working my heart doing something physical (i. e. riding thru w. l. a. on a hot day for miles in heavy traffic on my bike) I feel like my heart has it's own personal air conditioner, like an ice pack next to my heart. Kicks in just when I really am busting a sweat. I'm gonna live to be a ripe old age. Good stuff!

some problems with product
The value and cost are excellent for this procduct. The problem I am having is I set up vitamins and supplements on a monthly basis in weekly pill containers to make it easy to have a months supply at a time to access. When I set up the Creatine tablets after about 4-5 days of being in the container they somehow disintegrate and turn to powder. So I have a bunch of powder residue instead of a solid capsule. This is the only supplement this happens too. Not sure what is causing this?? Can anyone help??

    Creatine Monohydrate: What A Value!
    Creatine Monohydrate from Swanson's is a great value. It works as well as more expensive powders and capsules from other vendors at a fraction of the price. Taking only one cap a day, I started to feel the difference in my workouts after only a week. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for an additional kick for their workouts.

    I was skeptical about the effectiveness of creatine at first. It wasn't until I went on a caveman diet that my energy levels sunk. Creatine gave me the energy I needed to get through my workouts. I take 3 or 4 capsules before my workouts. I'm very satisfied
