Not as expected
I had purchased this about two months ago, and admittedly did not realize the label said softgels. I had been taking a lower dose in a hard tablet. However, even with the 400mg dosage, these softgels definitely did not work like the other hard tablets did. Definitely would not buy again

    Helpful Magnesium Tablets
    I began taking magnesium at a friends recommendation to help with the nerve pain in my leg. It took a few weeks of taking them before they helped. Before I started taking these magnesium, I could not walk for more than a half hour before my leg was so painful I had to find someplace to sit down.

    Ive used this for several years & am happy with the results. Unfortunately our local Sam's Club hasn't been stocking it regularly, although they have had them online. Since we are plus members I don't have to pay for shipping so I ordered it online. It arrived within a few days.

    Don't sell just Extra Strengh medicenes.
    You should be selling the regular strength tablets in addition to this one. My wife reacted badly to this one and it can't be cut in half because it is a jell. Thus, we have to throw away safely 149 pills.

    Awesome Price
    My Cardiologist has me taking this for palpitations. This is the biggest bang for my buck when purchasing this item. Much more expensive at other stores and in smaller bottles.

    too large
    i wouldn't recommend this product. They are like horse pills, over an inch long. Also the gel casing sticks in my daily pill container making it difficult to get out and take with the other daily meds.
