Adorable doll for Hello Kitty fans.
We're huge Hello Kitty fans in our house, so this was the perfect doll for my daughter. She was so excited to see this cute Hello Kitty themed doll with all of the adorable accessories. She's very well-made, and very pretty too, and she is a full-sized large doll. Her torso is stuffed fabric, except for her shoulders. Her legs and arms, which are firm-but-not-hard vinyl, swivel, so she can sit down and move her arms up and down. Her hands and face are well sculpted and the painted details have nice detailing. Her eyes very good quality, with lashes, which close when she's laid down. Her hair is shiny and blonde, and is woven in fine strands into the scalp. The pajamas are so cute and I have to admit, I wish I could buy ones just like them for me and my daughter. The Hello Kitty hat and slippers, which have an elastic band to keep them on, are just darling and very soft. There are several accessories which are perfect for a slumber party -- pretend or real . My daughter loves the little Hello Kitty pillow, which is also soft and well-made. There are other accessories help her get ready for bed: toy versions of a toothbrush, toothpaste, glasses (with Hello Kitty's red bow), and a pencil. She also comes with pink nail polish, a lamp which actually lights up, and a miniature diary with four blank pages. Very fun gift for any little girl that loves dolls and Hello Kitty!

I received this item as a product from the Spark Reviewer program. It is the My Life As Hello Kitty Doll. It is 18" long. The doll I chose is brunette with brown eyes and has her hair done in low pig tails with curls. She comes dressed in red and pink Hello Kitty pajamas where the top has a Hello Kitty face hood and the bottoms are red pants with Hello Kitty all over that go to her ankles. She also has Hello Kitty slippers with elastic on the back to keep them on. I love this feature because my daughter tends to misplace her doll's shoes.
It is a poseable doll and can sit but does need to be sitting in a chair otherwise she falls over. Another feature that is interesting is that the limbs are hard plastic, but the torso is soft, stuffed fabric. Her eyes will close when laid down and open when sat back up or standing.
She comes with a wide variety of accessories, eight in total. She comes with black glasses with the signature red Hello Kitty bow on one corner, a pencil and a diary that has lines on the pages, a toothbrush and toothpaste, a Hello Kitty face pillow, a Hello Kitty face lamp that lights up, and real nail polish that is a light pastel pink in color.
Overall, I loved this doll. The features and attention to detail are outstanding. The amount of accessories the doll comes with is great especially for the price. My daughter loves the light up lamp and REAL nail polish. I'm going to have to refill it soon. I highly recommend this doll for any kiddo or even just a Hello Kitty lover!

It comes with a bunch of extra cool accessories that I haven't seen before. A small lamp that works, a hello kitty pillow, a doll nail polish (real, for doll only not human use), glasses, hello kitty slippers, notepad, toothpaste, toothbrush, and her pjs are super cute. I love how everything is tied in place with clear rubber bands so it's not easy for my kids to tangle up her hair, take off her hat and lose it etc. hopefully it stays that way for a little while longer. The eyes open and close depending on wether she's up or laying down. It's not a creepy doll as you would think. Plus the doll is pretty big. I'd say about 17” tall? These My Life dolls are beautiful, and have just as nice a quality as those American Girls dolls. I love the little outfit, and the quality of her clothes and accessories is excellent! I think these are a wonderful alternative to the other expensive dolls out there, and again, I really so little to no difference with the quality-- Branding can really change a price on a product, regardless of quality, so unless you're looking for a brand name, I wouldn't tell a difference between this doll and any other expensive, name-brand doll out there. I would have loved to have had this as a little girl, as I had always wanted an American Girls doll, but they were always too expensive for my parents to want to buy. You will not be disappointed with this doll-- in fact, you're going to be so pleasantly surprised with quality for your buck, that you're going to want to buy all the other accessories that you can buy for her! My 4yr old daughter is in love with her so! The doll has a great weight to her, and is manageable for her little hands and arms. She doesn't sit quite well alone, unless she is propped up against something- but that doesn't deter my little one from playing with her at all. This doll is beautiful.
