    Excellent source of protein, good taste. Convenient carton as other companies to throw in my gym bag and slam after workouts. I dont want to waist time mixing powder. A few bucks more than the 25g shake, but worth it for the extra 7 gs of protein and additional vitamins if your not getting them in your diet. Also, if your completely spent after workouts and depleted often, this will help. I noticed it Keeps my muscles full. Recommended.

    A nurse of United Healthcare suggested I get this product if I was going to go on a strict liquid diet as it provides extra protein nourishment and by her suggestion, which I do agree it has certainly helped with my situation.
