    So much better than generic - worth the extra cost
    I normally buy the cheap store brand of nasal spray and it has worked fine but my nose would be left burning. It didn't even cross my mind to try a differnt brand until my latest cold and I picked this up on a whim. I'm so glad that I did and I will be purchasing this one from now on. Don't get me wrong - it still stings when I use it but only when I first use it and it is tolerable. Once my nose is clear (which is about a minute or less) there is no discomfort at all. It helps me feel pretty good for having a cold. I like the cooling affect. It does seem to provide some soothing to my nose.
