Very comfy
I'm very pleased with this mattress. I received it quickly. It was packaged well. My husband and I set it on our platform bed frame, and opened it. It expanded immediately. Then after about a day and a half it was fully expanded and ready for use. It's very comfortable. It's a bit on the firm side but that's how I like it. Excellent mattress

Awful awful Experience with these ppl they are wanting to give me a 100$ back considering i spent almost 400$ due to the pandemic it is an awful mattress this mattress is hard as a rock awful

    Comfortably Firm
    I needed a bed to sleep on for my new place. The air mattress was hurting my shoulders so I searched for a few weeks until I ran across a deal on this mattress. This gives the firmness I need for my back and shoulders, yet it's soft and has a little cushion to it... Like one of those firm mattresses that does not feel like the floor lol. Just right for me and my needs. Mattress arrived vacuum sealed, rolled up in box, was as easy as cutting open the plastic. Opened in the morning and it was full and aired out by the evening. Already had my queen bed frame set up, and it was easy for two people to get the mattress on top of the frame. I ordered the queen and it fits on the frame perfect, also my queen size sheets set and my queen size bedding set both fit just right on the mattress! I'm happy that I searched and chose this one, even though the two week search was torturous while sleeping on an air mattress. Hopefully this helps someone else decide whether or not to search longer! Highly recommend if you need back support

    Happy with the product. Good price.
    Arrived earlier than expected. Unrolled easily and got to its original height quickly. No issues with the mattress itself. I ordered a firm and it is very firm. More than I expected but still a good mattress. No issues.

    Back shoulder and hip pain
    This mattress gets worse as time goes on. Less than 5months old, our backs, shoulders and hips constantly ache since getting it owing to the support in those zones. Lying on our side means our spine is constantly in a curved position. I am having serious regrets about this purchase.

    Awful!
    This is the hardest and most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. I'm starting to wish I never got this mattress after only 1 night. I ordered a 3 inch memory foam mattress topper to see if it will help. If it doesn't I'm sending it back. Until the mattress topper comes in I'm sleeping in the recliner. I'll update after topper arrives.

    Unless you like sleeping on a hard floor, DO NOT order this mattress! It's misleading you to believe you can return the mattress free but that's not the case, YOU have to pay to send the mattress back...DO NOT BUY!!!

    It is a great buy, I have spent so much money on other mattresses and this one solved my issue, I have back problems and could not sleep well before buying this mattress. now I sleep all night. The quality is really good. just had my son purchase one. I recommend it.

    This is not a soft mattress. At all.
    Hard as a rock, an ENORMOUS hassle to try to return. Should have spent and extra $100-$200 for a better one. Gave 3 stars because at least I don't have to sleep on the floor, but I'm thinking my new carpet may be more comfortable. And that's WITH a 2 in topper on it.

    Firm, supportive, nice mattress
    The mattress is firm, which is what I wanted. When you open the outside bag, it really needs two people, because it starts to puff up the second you start to cut away the bag. We opened it in the afternoon and I was able to sleep on it that night. It's been three days and I have slept soundly every night.

    Rock hard!
    I was looking for a firm mattress and after reading the reviews, I thought this was the best find. Well… you will get a better night's sleep on the floor. It is extremely hard with absolutely no give. It does seem to stay cool, although it was very heavy to haul upstairs. I do NOT recommend this mattress, even for the extra firm sleeper.

    wonderful mattress I was back and forth bying on line and was little worried how comfortable it would be it is amazing so comfortable for coming on box FYI be careful when cutting bag open it is compressed and pops up fast but love it got for spare bedroom and wanted to get it something wasn't to expensive great price and great quality
