Oh My!!! Let me Rave!!! This “Moosoo” vacuum is AMAZING!!! First check out the price; don't waste your money on those expensive one's.... Let me continue... easy to put together of course and lightweight, it's very powerful and easy to fit in tough places. The light is very helpful and a great add to the vacuum. It includes an extra filter/small brush for cleaning purposes and a wall mount to hook the vacuum to. The battery life is also great, I was able vacuum my 2 story home without problem; cordless is the way to go.. I feel like a new woman cleaning now when really it's the vacuum lol Price is great and the vacuum is even better.

Broke in less than a month.
At first I was thinking that this was my dream vacuum. I've been using it now less than a month and the prongs that give power to the roller head complete broke off. It's unusable and will now end up in a landfill. :( what a bummer! It was great while it lasted.

    i love the vacuum but it came used, i have dog hair all in the container and the bottom of the vacuum and we do not have a dog at all. not cool since i paid full price for this item.

    Deceivingly Great at First
    This vacuum was great for the first month but after normal use seems to not work anymore. It barely sucks up what is directly in front of it and has become a source of frustration. Not sure if there is any sort of warranty or replacement available but very unhappy with the lack of longevity of this vacuum.

    My favorite recent purchase!
    So convenient. Very nice suction. The combo attachment is handy and easy to use. Telescoping design is great. Handheld portable aspect is helpful. I used to dread getting out my quality Miele cannister vacuum for my small 1 bedroom apartment. Now, this is SO easy and convenient. I don't hesitate to grab and vac! I can still use my Miele for super thorough vacuuming, but that won't be happening any time soon.

    In Love with MOOSOO Vac nd helpful tips
    I love love this cordless MOOSOO VACUUM. I only had problem with the battery not charging, it looked like it a used battery. I had emailed MOOSOO about battery issues sent them photos of the battery and not charging, customer service Chloe sent me a new battery and vacuum fabulously working. Thank you Chloe and Ann from MOOSOO customer service. A tip if loosing suction, the rubber flap inside the dust cup canister need to be cleared of residue, sometimes thick dust and hair keeps the rubber flap open, use either a dry toothbrush or dry dust cloth to clear out the stuck residue inside the rubber flap of the dust cup canister. Another tip the vacuuming back and forth on rugs if use too much pressure the spin brush roller will stop spinning or gets jammed or may burn out and break, go with the way roller spins not against it, even with heavy corded vacuums had burned out when vacuuming rugs on back and foth. On bare floor this vacuum is awesome, but on turbo it does limit battery power. I have a 5 room apt and still was fully charged and enough power to vacuum the dust off 5 tubs of air purifiers and curtains. I live in NYC and alot of dust gets in. Hope the tip works and this MOOSOO vacuum is awesome and I'm going to try my best atleast to make this vacuum last me for a long time. I use a piece of panty hose to replace the filter mesh that came with dust cup.Thanks to MOOSOO customer service Chloe and Ann

    AMAZING GOOD BEST
    THIS VACUUM IS TECHNICALLY MY BEST FRIEND! So i have 5 rooms and it cleans all rooms and plus my living room and my kitchen and my living room is very big and long and my kitchen is 50/50 size and it cleans the whole house and my favorite part is when u charge it you can hang it I recommend this vacuum specially if your house is big

    A Nice Quality Design
    This is a nice design. It picked up a lot from a floor that appeared clean. The head is very nimble, though small. It may take a while to cover an area. The battery allows it to last for 45 minutes easily. It has two speeds, but why would one not use the maximum power? I don't know.

    Buy it! You will not regret it!
    This vacuum had changed my life in our all tile home with a toddler and a lab. We have had it now for over a month and I use it two or three times a day. It works wonderfully and has replaced sweeping FOREVER. Cleans our small rugs, stair case, and sucks up Cheerios and dog hair and dirt and spilled rice and many many other wonderful things. A great price and so far, a very durable and decent vacuum that I have wanted for a long time but not at competitors prices. HIGHLY recommend. Do it! So worth it.

    VERY TOP HEAVY!
    ok so this does the job ON EVERY SURFACE. WOOD, carpet, laminate, dog poo, u name it and it picks up all dirt everywhere especially with using the attachment. however, it is extremely top heavy and I feel that makes the vacuums weight unevenly distributed and this makes it very awkward to handle.. I love the flashlight on the bottom front of the cleaner. would I recommend this product? I sure would with the exceptions I have listed.
