Exceeded expectations
It is totally worth it. Sturdy, good looking, good storage, smooth drawers, easy to put together (3 hours for 2 people, all you need is patience). No defects or missing pieces, everything fits perfectly, just follow the instructions slowly. It's the first piece of furniture I've ever put together whose pieces just fall into each place seamlessly. Shipping times were actually faster. Once again, Walmart delivered!

Excellent quality desk- assembly could have been easier
This desk came very well packed, no damage at all to the surfaces. The assembly took several hours because of the unlabeled hardware, despite trying to label them ahead of time based on the drawings. It was difficult to tell from the pictures what was what and we ended up using the wrong screws for the feet and had to go to the hardware store to get more of the correct screw. I would recommend three things to speed assembly: 1) A power screwdriver is absolutely essential, and two people if possible. 2) Label the surface boards with a sticky note. There are tiny stickers with the numbers on them, but it would have been nice to have a bigger visualization and would have sped up the process in the long run. We spent a lot of time searching for the right piece. 3) Definitely measure all of the screws and make sure you label the packaging with the hardware correctly. A lot of the screws looks similar, and it's difficult to estimate the length of them without unpackaging and measuring. Other than that, everything went together really nicely- we definitely could have been done in 2 hours. The assembled desk is very sturdy and good quality. There is a ton of room for storage and the surface is large. We assembled it opposite from the stock photo- it is reversible. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the ambiguity regarding assembly. I still highly recommend for the price.

    Looks so elegant with the marble wallpaper i applied just before assembling it . There was an issue with the shelf part. There's a dirty mark on it but luckily the marble paper covered it up. The instructions were almost impossible to understand but if you have workshop skills it'll be only slightly easier. has plenty of space for a vanity mirror and drawers have enough room for my makeup and other stuff. package was extremely heavy but delivery was good.

    Contain the Clutter!!
    LOVE this desk! im very messy with papers everywhere but I can hide all of it on the shelves below but still have them handy. The shelves fit my giant printer too. Im Getting a piece of glass to put on top to deter any damage since I use it daily. Took about 2 hours to put together.

    Super sturdy, easy assembly. Quality stuff for the price.
    I purchased both the credenza and matching desk. I didnt expect much, but when the boxes arrived they were so heavy fedex wouldn't carry them up my porch steps! So I decided to open the boxes outside and bring the pieces in one by one. The particle board is covered with a heavy laminate. It felt good and sturdy. The screws and other hardware are excellent quality. The instructions were super clear and easy to follow. All holes were drilled perfectly. I put both pieces together myself (53 y/o female, somewhat handy) over the course of a few days, as time permitted. The only tools I used were a small hammer for the dowels and a Phillip's screwdriver. Both pieces came out so nice and I'm very happy with my new crafting room! I will definitely purchase matching pieces in the future.

    Very heavy when delivered, you need two people. If you go slow and organize before putting together, it's not that difficult. Pay close attention to how you put in the folder rods so you know what size folders you want to hang. I learned this from other reviews, payed close attention and had no problems. Put together it is quite lovely, sturdy and everything I was looking for for my small office!

    Pretty good website
    It is an ok desk. Made of cheap materials, compressed wood and plastic as a top layer. The set up is very convenient, however the installation is pretty time consuming. No booklet was included in the package - had to print it myself. Another item the manufacturer cut the costs on.
