Too soft and too small
I have two problems with this product. The first problem is that it's too soft and doesn't provide enough support for my neck. The second problem I have that it's smaller than I expected. This neck pillow should I have the description that it's for kids and petite people.

    I bought it to help me sleep, I used one of those baby pillows that are similar in shape and it helped. This pillow, although was smaller than I thought it would be and it didn't work out.

    Husband approved, firm but not hard, soft to touch
    My husband uses this pillow while reclining and watching television. He says it is all he wants in a pillow of this type. It is firm memory, but is not hard. The size if perfect as it doesn't come around the neck so far as to hinder head movement or peripheral vision. The cover is removable to wash, velour-like feel is pleasant against the skin. It is husband approved and he is choosy about items of comfort.

    Started falling apart
    Within a few days of receiving the item, material from the cover began rubbing off and blue lint balls were everywhere. The cover began tearing at the seam. The memory foam is great, but spend a couple more dollars to get a pillow with a cover that won't fall apart.

    Neck pillow
    I'm pretty tall and half my head usually clears the top of the seat. The pillow give me a rest point at neck level so my head isn't bending backwards over the seat back. I'm just tired of the stiff neck after a flight. Tried this once and seems to help. Good quality and texture. Good purchase. Wish it was just a bit larger.

    Ok, not great
    Very soft and squishy, def not firm enough to hold my little head in place from bobbing around. If you are looking for a firm and maybe secure fit around your neck - this is not it. Maybe for a really short flight, but def not a 13 hour flight to Tokyo.
