Complete Junk
Absolutely do not buy this bed frame! It collapsed less than 2 weeks after purchase and destroyed our brand new flooring. Company is shady and does not stand behind the product at all. Stay far away

    Very sturdy bedframe.
    This a very sturdy bedframe. Fairly easy to put together, but there are no written instructions, just pictures. I attached a picture of the warranty page and it clearly states a 1 year warranty, NOT the 3 year warranty as in the description details.

    A very disappointed customer.
    I bought this item. It is missing a crucial part, which is the center support piece. Also, the center wheel plastic insert was broken, so the wheel doesn't fit properly. The center support included in the box was for a totally different size bed. Very disappointing. The box is too big to fit in my car, so I can't send it back, so it looks like I'll have to eat the cost. This is the second time I've purchased a product from Walmart Online that was a problematic delivery.

    Arrived damaged. Couldn't use it
    This bed frame arrived and it was bent. I thought that I might be able to still use it so I put it together but nope couldn't use it. It was too damaged. This frame is also very low to the ground so if you are looking for something higher I would buy something else. I have included pictures to show the damage. The first one is what it looked like in the box. The second picture is of what it looked like with the box spring and mattress on it. I had to put the bed in the floor for now.

    This item is satisfactory for normal use.
    I would not characterize the item as "heavy duty". The item I received needed repair. It seems the frame was bent at two of the joint due to the way it was shipped(better packaging may have helped). However, the damage was not all related to shipping. The metal used in the frame construction is soft(and maybe a little thin for its purpose). I was able to make the repairs and assemble the frame. I believe that the frame maybe a little out of square due to the damage; however, I have not attached the headboard(which will provide a better reference point).

    We put this bed frame up about a year ago. In moving the furniture in the room two days ago, every wheel on this frame left a orange spot on year old carpet...not happy...the stains will not come out..this is a spare bedroom that is rarely used....would not recommend ...the bed frame is in the trash....
