Shipping issues
The oil is great for my vehicle. The low rating is for the lousy packaging. I ordered 3 5qt containers of oil. Who ever packed this package should not be working the line. The box was to thin for the weigh, there was next to nothing in bubble wrap. One bottle was slightly crushed. Thankfully the bottle didn't crack open.

    Keeps my engine happy
    I have been using synthetic oil for a long time and primarily use mobil 1 my 2012 Ford Focus has over 300000 miles on it I have changed the oil every 5000 miles since it was purchased the engine runs perfectly and it doesn't use any oil between changes
