Works as it should
Love this controller! Works as it should, I went ahead and purchased the 3 year warranty protection plan as well. Haven't had to use it yet

Used and poorly refurbished.
Was expecting a new controller. This controller was used and poorly refurbished. There is still grime from the last person that had it in the cracks. Controller grip wasn't even seated all the way.

    Beware my item was USED!!
    I am beyond upset that what I was sent was USED!! It came with no manufacturing sealing, the operators manual was nasty with who knows what all over it!!

    Not worth the money.
    Not even a year old and the sticks are sticking and drifting. The rubber grips are warping and peeling off. It's a shame, it was great when I first got it. I kept it in the case and have never dropped it. I take really good care of it because it was expensive. Not worth the money.

    I am BEYOND Upset that this was used and not new. It says no where on here that it is a used product and that's what I received. This was absolutely awful to open and find out.

    They are used controllers
    Didn't expect this. The controller looks used didn't, didn't come in the original box. The usb c cable isn't even included and the controller is used. I thought I was buying a new one.

    Phenomenal Upgrade
    I believe that i got this on a holiday sale "Juneteenth" it was for a heavily discounted price. it's a major upgrade from the original xbox controller. this on the buttons feel solid and are NOT loud and click clacky! i am surprised i didn't update sooner. i will be using this with my series x when it arrives. thank you Walmart and i forgot the seller who i got this from but thank you!!

    Just received this today. Love the design, the only problem that I'm having is the right bumper is stuck. Not sure how that is since I bought it brand new. Is there a way to fix this?

    NOT WORTH IT!
    Few reasons why I do not recommend! I ordered this item as it was 1-2 days delivery with Walmart. After twice getting delayed ( waited around 2 weeks total) I finally randomly received it ( tracking did not work well). Right away I noticed it did not match the colored order ( green). I received a more of a teal color. Finally, first day of use and right away I notice my left bracket button is stuck. It randomly has been doing it since the moment I connected. Completely upset about the item. Everything become an issue. Will be contacting Walmart for a refund.

    Malfunctioned 8 days after the warranty expired
    Garbage - controller failed 8 days after the warranty expired. Purchased on 11/16/2020 in the pre-Black Friday sale. On 2/21/2021, the trigger buttons stopped working. I got out my old controller and verified that it is a malfunction in the new controller. Also used the Xbox button mapping app to verify the trigger buttons were not responding. I went to initiate a warranty return... only to find that my warranty expired last week. 90 day warranty and this thing failed on day 98, absolutely ridiculous. Microsoft's solution? Go buy another one. I would NOT recommend that you buy this. My original Xbox one controller lasted for 5 years. I'm not huge into gaming, I play maybe 3 hours per week and this STILL broke.

    Phantom White Edition controller
    I love this controller! There is no drift! Its very easy to grip! I love the color as well! I couldnt find this special controller anywhere but Walmart sold by a different supplier. I love my Phantom White controller! Its amazing! The only bad thing is the box was a little beat up but I dont care I just threw it away. I have been using it for about four five months and still going strong.
