Don't buy
The boxed came nasty with every part of it being bent with red stuff on it and the controller itself was nasty and sticky with red stuff on it and had a big scratch on it

    This item is not even refurbished, it was a used controller and sent to us dirty in bubble mailer bag. Wish Walmart would take this 'supplier' off their site. Description did not say refurbished, or used. Buyers, don't waste your time and money, off to return....

    Died after 40 days, can't return after 30!
    Stopped working after 40 days!!!!! The return window for this third party seller is only 30 days, and the controller stopped working just outside of that window. Garbage! I will NOT buy from this seller again!!!

    DO NOT BUY! I purchased two controllers and within two weeks both controllers had problems. D-pad on one quit working then triggers and bumpers quit on the other. Total trash!

    I bought this controller for my grandson. And when he opened the box to put the batteries in the piece that connects the batteries wasn't even there. I was very upset.

    My daughter wanted this one because she loved the design. Bought it and the buttons works pushes in smoothly, the paddles glides around nicely without any problems. Wireless connected fast.

    Drift Stick Alert! Do NOT BUY!
    This item has what is known as a drift stick. By the time it was discovered, the return window had expired. Don't waste your money. Xbox should be ashamed as this is a known issue.

    Nothing but problems
    Bought this controller in November and December it stopped working at the usb port so went to store and got an exchange. Now in april the left bumper button quit working already. Left bumper isnt a button i use all the time so why it stopped working is beyond me. Controllers arent made lime they used to thats for sure

    should of invested in better controllers
    bought this controller and a set of RECON 70 Gaming Headset, Green Camo, Turtle Beach, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Mobile Devices but the headphone broke off at the plug inside this controller so this controller is useless as the piece for the headphones is stuck in it and it has no way to take apart where a person could see if the remove it .it seems to be a controller with no screws to take apart so attempting would only break the controller . so walmart sent me new headphone after a bad review but i dont have a controller they will work with so ill have to buy a new controller. i guess

    It is smooth and clean looking with the see-through. it glides in your hands plus the trigger grips are amazing for keeping your fingers stuck to the triggers
