Microsoft, I had high hopes but you disappointed me BIG time
Right after ordering, I was super excited to get lay hands on the product but after using it for a week, I was disappointed because of the defective hardware as well as clunky software. I had high hopes from Microsoft but sadly I was disappointed. First off, setting up login was not intuitive, you need to create an account with Microsoft and I ask WHY? This is my personal device and I should have a choice not to create a microsoft account. Secondly, the face recognition is super buggy. It will annoy you rather than making your life easy. Third, it's not possible to link two faces with one login account. And that essentially translates into you having to create additional microsoft accounts. Setting up two different face recognition with two accounts is absolutely terrible process and you need to be extra patient as well as extra technical geek to accomplish it. Hardware getting stuck within a week of purchase, is a HUGE bummer. And it makes the matter worse if the hardware happens to be CAMERA ! Our camera light won't go off and that was freaking us out. Another hardware issue was extending the tablet to secondary screen was very flaky. It would stop working at it's will and just wouldn't project again unless the tablet desires to. We don't face any issues extending our Lenovo laptop to the monitor. The only silver lining in this whole transaction was BeachCamera and their support team was awesome. Super understanding, Super helpful, Super responsive everytime I reached out to them for help. #sweepstakes

    Love this Surface Pro & Beach Camera!
    Ordered a few of these from different vendors on Amazon and just so happened to come across Beach Camera and so happy I did. The package was new and came with the warranties as promised and they're an authorized dealer!
