Perfect so far
Everything seems brand new. No issues. Not sure why the comments are so bad. Scared me enough to get the Walmart protection plan. Oh well. Maybe it's too early to tell but so far so good.

Terrible experience
I purchased a "refurbished" unit and it arrived filthy and just thrown into a box with controllers. There was a headset included, but it goes to a Playstation!! Of course, I made contact to return it, and no reply at all.

    Right intention, wrong system
    The Seller did everything properly and we were notified when the delivery was late, and it was weather-related delay. I have a special needs son and he specifically requested a certain game console; however, this was not the game console he requested. The Seller shipped what was advertised but it was the incorrect console that my son requested. The unit was not used but it was opened and has been repackaged almost exactly as received.

    Don't do it
    If you like wasting your time and money this is perfect for you! Opened it out of the box and the vents were full of dust and the power port was so worn out the plug wouldn't even stay in for it to power on! Should've just went through a legit source from the beginning.

    Original box. No packing material in shipment box.
    The console was in its original box. But the box it shipped in there was quite a bit of space. Even advertisements you get in the mail crumpled up would have been better. Well sure enough not supported error. “Black screen of death” calling Microsoft but it's 4 years out of warranty:(

    Confused and bummed
    After waiting more than 2 weeks it arrived with no box, any manuals or packing slips, no plastic wrap, let alone bubble wrap. Literally an Xbox in a carboard box with a USB cable and 2 loose batteries. NO power adaptor. Came from some guy's apartment in Virgina, like I ordered on marketplace or something

    Came a later then what I was told..When I ordered it never told me it was out of stock. Only when I asked for a refund they sent me the system. When I recived the box it was all tore up they system box look like it had been thrown around before getting shipped. The bos was 3 times bigger the system box all togeather you could have placed 4 system in this box. Anybody could have taken it out.

    The item I purchased was a new item. Item received was a refurbished item. And damaged as well poor packaging Then Walmart stated to me the problem is the responsibility of there reseller wont waste my time buying another item from Walmart.com

    Misleading product description
    Very misleading product description. Claims to be a Microsoft factory re-certified console, but everything arrived thrown into a random box (with Amazon prime tape!!). It arrived scratched and dinged, and does not even remotely look refurbished. The description makes it sound like this is shipped from an actual company that handles refurbished items, but the sender listed on my package was a random individual and not a company.
