Clean and quick BM!!
Works great!! Put 2 Tbsp in a 16.9 oz bottle of water; shake it up real good and drink before it turns to jelly. You'll have satisfaction by the next morning. Good luck!!

    Works great, tastes great!
    Due to a medical condition, I suffer from constipation. There are many products like Metamucil, but this brand seems to be the one that gets the job done. It isn't like the old Metamucil, this one comes off more tasty and not at all slimy. In fact, it reminds me more of Tang than anything else. Again, it gets the job done and it tastes great.

    I'm so glad I was introduced to this stuff!
    After a few times of using this, I became used to the taste. It tastes good now. Do NOT try the sugar free kind or the store brand. They both taste gross. I started using this every night two years ago per dr's orders. It works well. No cramping, just avoids constipation and the fiber helps me feel full longer.

    too acidic for me
    there was nothing wrong with the metamucil. It's just the citric acid/Orange flavor that my stomach couldn't tolerate because I have trouble with gastritis.

    yummy fiber
    It tastes like a Vietnamese dessert nhũ trơm but way sweeter. So watchout for the carb and sugar levels, but it's a good source of fiber. If you're pregnant and constipated like me, don't just rely on this fiber supplement, take Colace as well.

    Really works for better bowel movements
    This stuff really works! You need to take it for about 2 weeks every day, and continue to take it every day forever; but if you have really hard stools this is the fiber you need. Psyllium husk. Don't expect "fiber" in most products like "fiber" bars to work. Give this some time and you won't regret it. I've been using it for a decade. It seems expensive but well worth it for softer bowel movements.

    This product works great in keeping a person regular. The only thing I don't like is that it ferments in the stomach and causes gas. I have tried other similar products, but they don't work as well, nor do they taste as well.

    Very gentle
    I decided to give this a shot instead of harsh laxatives. This powder mixes easily with water and tastes pretty good. Its very gentle and doesnt cause cramping, but it definitely works! Follow the directions on the package and you should be getting some relief the next morning. I definitely recommend drinking it quickly because it gets slushy at the bottom if you let it sit.

    Slams shut, like a vsult
    Three table spoons before bed and just like magic, poop goes the shizzle my nizzle. No tp needed. Like cutting rope. Question, why is poop tapered? Answer, so your cornhollio doesn't slam shut.
