Bottles warped
We love everything about this pump. As a first time mom this has been easy to use at home and on the go. The only disappointment I have is that the bottom of the bottles started to buldge out. My baby is only 11 days old and this started after the first sterilization process, which was recommended. This makes things more difficult when trying to pump and store away because you can't put down the bottle with out spilling all of the breast milk.

    The travel lids are actually leak-proof. They can be thrown in a bag and tipped over in the fridge and still no leaks.

    Simple and Great!
    These bottles are awesome. They have large capacity so they grow with the baby, are easy to clean, can attach to a pump and are sturdy. Even with all the fancy bottles I've bought, I always come back to these. The flow is a little fast for a newborn but great for 6 months. Highly recommend

    Warped bottles
    I used Medela for my first son and it worked well as pump and storage system so decided to buy again for my twins (second pregnancy). Noticed the plastic of the bottles was a bit more flexi but didn't expect that in a short time would deform and warp permanently. I noticed first one bottle and I couldn't get the bump out now I hand another one with huge deformation. I am wondering if the bottles are safe for the babies as the plastic integrity is affected. Very upset as I even use this bottles to feed the babies (something I didn't do with my first born as I used other bottle to feed).

    Perfect sized bottles for pumping
    I purchased these about a month ago and they are perfect! I pump about 6-8 oz per session The problem with the 5 oz. bottles is that I would have to stop pumping to either get another pair of 5 oz. bottles or store what I had pumped to continue.These bottles allow me to do a full pumping session. I haven't tried the nipples. I'm not planning to use them because my baby likes Nuk bottles

    Bottles melted when sanitizing
    I was in the process of sanitizing these bottles by boiling and was only 3 minutes in to the recommended 10 minutes and they started to melt inward. I pulled them immediately and now there are indents from the Tongs. I guess I'll be returning these!

    Wanted to love these
    I bought/registered for only Medela bottles to use with my Pump in Style Advanced, and now several are discolored and several have soft spots. The ones that haven't warped are great, but I'm pretty disappointed and a little concerned with the others... are they REALLY made of what they claim to be made of...? Why are some okay and not others?

    Too easy to pop nipples out of cap when in use.
    We have used the wide based nipples for Medela bottles for about 2 weeks. When the babies (twins) drink from it the nipple turns in on itself. Probably due to lack of return air. This makes it really easy for the nipple to come loose from the cap. Which makes for easy spilling. Previously we used the bottles with narrow nipples, and the cap was able to hold the nipple on securely. I like the light weight plastic bottles, because the babies can hold it themselves.

    I pump the largest volume in the mornings since I have stopped the 3am and 5am pumping session so that I can sleep longer. These bottle allow me to pump longer without having to stop and change out the smaller bottles due to them filling so quickly.
