I ordered this item online and I got two packages.i realized that its assembly put it together..we had to put together for my olds sakes..its not saying assembly only.. I thought its bring whole chair itself.. boy, I was wrong orders also I did ordered other item but its out of order.its not saying it till few days later..duh!

    This is an excellent little chair that meets all my needs. Smooth rocking motion,great massage, and the heat is perfect. Easy assembly and lightning fast shipping. Its only “downside” would be when reclined, its not a chair you would take a nap. Its narrow swivel/glide frame makes it a little unstable feeling when reclined. Its an excellent chair overall
