A taste-full treat on a cold winter day!
I love to mix this with hot cocoa mix (2 parts CFVC to 1 part HC), but was not finding it available in our local grocery stores (things seem to be switching to the Kuerig-cup-type machines). Was afraid I'd have to give up my little bit of luxury. :( But, hubby did a little research for me, and voila! Walmart.com to the rescue - at a great price, and with free shipping over $35.00. YAY!!

This coffee was $2.72 the next week it jump to over $5.00 gas is going down food price's keep going up. I want buy this product any more or any other product that;s doubled. other stores has this coffee $3.84. stop over charging walmart.

    Not worth the price
    product is good but definitely not the best. I bought this to try but feel Hill Bros French vanilla cappuccino is more flavorful and you get more for cheaper.

    I feel bad for the product!!!
    I love this stuff - almost too much! How can you not? It's hot chocolate with caffeine! The problem is this: Walmart raised their price from 2.74 to 5.00 - five dollars even... How does a product almost double in price over night?? There were no intermediant pricing steps on the way to five dollars. Just 2.74 and the next day it was 5.00 - but this happened ONLY AT WALMART. Meijer's has the exact thing, and their price is $3.19 (it was last week when I checked). Some of the dollar stores carry it - and their price is way lower than 5.00. The moral of the story: Don't buy this from Walmart! It is probably cheaper literally ANYWHERE else... (who knows, you may find other items way cheaper than Walmart!) As far as the products flavor is concerned, I'm inclined to give it a 5 But, due to the rotten decision of Walmart in regards to their pricing, I would give them a -5. Fortunately, I can still buy this delicious product! Unfortunately, because of their greed, I will never buy this from Walmart again! Also - I am actively looking to buy the stuff I regularly buy from Walmart, for other less expensive sources (doesn't hurt to keep your eyes open!).

    Great taste but not for the new 5.00 price
    I'd been drinking this coffee for 5 years and its yummy however with costs going up i coukd see them raising the price maybe 0.50 cents but 2.00 price hike. I think not! Sad to quit buying it but not at this cost! Its great coffee but not worth the 5.00 new price!!!!!

    Beware!
    This product was a stable in my house. They don't last long, about 5 servings in my home. Less than a month ago, this product cost was $2.96. It nearly doubled in price overnight. Beware! I've drank this coffee for over a year, daily, I and I can say it isn't worth the $5.00 they are charging! The coffee is okay for being instant coffee, but I've had better gas station coffee (ew) and it would ultimately be cheaper for gas station coffee now.

    My Absolute Favorite!
    This has been a favorite of mine for many, many years. Great taste and affordable! Small container makes it easy to take with you to work or on vacation so you don't miss out on your favorite coffee. I have always wished they packaged and sold it in a huge container option :)

    This is the only coffee I drink BUT ...
    I have been drinking Cafe Francais since the mid 80s. The recipe has changed but I remained loyal. The original was more bitter and had to add a little sugar. Now I need to drink 9 tbsp of the coffee because I suspect there is more creamer than coffee. When I go to the store I buy at least 3 cans at a time

    Love the flavor.
    I really enjoy the smoothness and flavor of this instant coffee. I use the Coffee-Mate French Vanilla refrigerated creamer with it, and it is really creamy and good tasting. I find I look forward to my cup every morning.
