    My son wasn't very big into any superheroes but I thought he might like this and he really did. Since we got this, he's become super obsessed with Spiderman and he wears the mask all the time. The dart gun works okay, but the gun is the main reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. Using it is not very intuitive and is hard to make work. You can't fire it with one hand, you have to hold it in one hand and then very carefully touch the button on the top with the other hand. I say carefully because if you don't keep most of your hand up and only have one finger close to the button your hand will get hit by the gun part when it tries to shoot. It doesn't hurt or anything but it does stop it from firing properly.

    while this is a Christmas present it has not been used yet. We are concerned that the mask will not fit my grandsons big head hoping that we can stretch the plastic open far enough for him to enjoy it.

    My son is having so much fun with this, I had to buy another for my other son. They have these little nerf wars where each of them pretend they are Spider-Man. The nerfs don't hit them too hard where they will get hurt but they definitely shoot like a regular nerf gun.

    If I could wear the mask, I would
    I had to test this out to see if it was as fun as it looked. The Marvel Spider-Man Spiderbolt Armor Gear Set, Spiderbolt NERF Blaster and Role Play Mask was an exciting gift to give away. My kid's reaction to seeing the combo was priceless. I wish it came in my size, but I'm sure I can find my own mask somewhere. It is as easy to use as most other Nerf guns, and the webbing seems to be able to endure a serious game of Nerf War.
