Beautiful TV stand and fireplace
I received this in a long heavy box and shipping came earlier than expected too, which was great. It took my sister and I about less than 2 hours to put it together. Lots of peices but the instructions were good. Definitely will need to use a power drill for this TV stand. It looks wonderful and goes very well with my living room. The flame and heat gives it a nice luxurious look to it too. The flame is digital behind the glass fireplace so it won't get hot or anything. The only place it will get hot is the air vent where the heat will be blowing out from and that is at the top of the fireplace. The heat only has one setting, which I was hoping it would have more settings if I wanted more heat to blow out and it's a bummer that it doesn't come with a remote. But other than that I'm very happy with this TV stand.

fireplace heater stopped working in 2 months
I love the entertainment stand but the fireplace quit working after maybe 5 usages. I called walmart to rectify the situation and was told that I would have to tear the entire thing apart and send it back and rebuild a new one. Thats not happening, so I now have to deal with a product that I paid for that doesnt have a working fireplace.. the fireplace is just an insert could be very easily removed and replaced...thanks Walmart!

    Great for small rooms
    Bought about a month ago. Love it for my small living room. 55"tv fits perfectly with extra space on sided. Nice and sturdy. Fireplace is nice. Heats and lights up perfectly

    Not sturdy enough
    What you should know before buying is that it doesn't hold the weight of certain tv's. I have a 75 inch and the weight of it makes the stand tips forward; had to spend extra money to alter it just to realize it looks like it's gonna snap in the middle and break. If you notice close to middle cracks in doors that open disappear because the pressure from weight is pushing down. I can't open the doors which make the storage part useless.

    Better than expected.
    Pros: Better than expected. I don't have high expectations for this kind of furniture (pressed board), but this is well made. Not a single drill hole was off even a tiny bit; everything, including spare parts and clear instructions was included (all you need is a Phillips screwdriver), and it was extremely well-packed for shipping. Assembled perfectly, not a scratch of flaw on it. Looks good, is sturdy, tempered glass in the doors. Color has a hint of brown/tan, so it's not a true grey. Cons: It's a bit lower than expected, so check your desired height and the dimensions given. Not a real complaint, just mentioning it. The fireplace. Erm... Not bad, but not great, and can't complain too much at this price point. No remote. Heat works, only one setting. The faux logs are pretty cheesy; the flames are a flickering digital image, and the 'fireplace' has no visual depth at all. All that being said, it'll do, just don't expect anything realistic at all.

    package was damaged and so was the boards.
    if you are thinking of buying this on line and assembly it yourself, be careful because my package when opened, the top board where the tv sits, was broken in 2s. the bottom shelf was barely holding today. i was gonna return it but i ust dont want to bother with the hassle and longer waiting time for refund. i bought brackets to hold the shelves together and everything held. so be mindful if u are ordering from online. package was damaged.

    WHO DOESN'T LOVE GREAT FORM AND MULTI-FUNCTION?
    Great TV Stand. Beautiful. Quality of wood is solid (and heavy). Assembly took a couple of hours, and I am moderately handy, but it was not complicated, and I was taking my time to ensure it was correct. Lots of spare pieces included. The colour was slightly darker than what I thought it would be from the picture (I think because the room isn't well lit in the picture in hindsight). However, it's not enough of a difference to be upset about. The fireplace is great and provides a nice amount of heat - the vent is at the top so the glass below does not get warm and doesn't need a guard, and the top piece of the TV Stand does not get warm either. I like how there is a separate switch for heat, as sometimes you just want the ambiance of the fireplace light (which can also be switched on and off seperately). We did not install the back panels, nor the shelves for each side cabinet, so that we could fit litter boxes into these areas, and cats could freely access them from the back... it works perfectly, and the integrity of the structure does not seem to be compromised - however, the doors will swing inward further than flush since the shelves seem to be the stopping mechanism, which was to be expected. It also fits our 80" TV flush right to the edge.
