Very happy!
I was a little leery after reading some of the comments. Ordered it anyway with prayer on Monday, it was delivered on Friday. Everything was in the box, nothing broken, damaged or missing. It even had a little bag of extra parts! I put it together by myself following the instructions booklet. Took me a little over 3 hours, mainly because I'm a little ocd on reading instructions to make sure I don't have to undo and redo. I also used wood glue to insure the solidness of the cabinet. I am very pleased with the outcome!

Worst Customer Service EVER!
DO NOT ORDER FURNITURE FROM WALMART.COM!!!! I ordered this and it arrived damaged. Even my replacement showed up with damaged packaging (last picture), but at least that one was usable. The customer service for my return has been nothing but trouble and have still not been able to send it back at this time. The item itself is actually quite nice, but my review score is more about Wal-Mart's horrific customer service than the item itself.

    We are absolutely dumbfounded by how much this made a difference in our living room! we are so absolutely in love with it. it took a little while putting it together but the quality is amazing and was extremely easy to assemble! if you're debating on whether or not you want to purchase this product, this is your sign to do it!

    Very sturdy entertainment center!
    Beautiful entertainment center was exactly as pictured. Very sturdy design. The only minor flaw that I saw after assembling it was a very small gouge of wood missing next to the bottom track. Though it is not highly noticeable. The stickers that came in the box do not stick very well to the wood. They are used for covering the screws on the inside portion where the shelves are seated, though it is optional. Each sticker has a design to match various parts of the wood which allows it to blend in better. Assembly is a chore if done by one person(it took me several hours). I suggest to give yourself enough space to lay out all the pieces and account for every piece in the box. All in all I am very satisfied with the end result. It was worth the price. I would recommend buying it!

    This would be a 5 star review but the center shelf arrived cracked.. I reached out to support and still haven't heard anything back and it's been weeks.. This is a good item but if you need any type of customer support due to arriving damaged, well they don't respond smh

    It is beautiful but it arrived broken. The stand on the bottom just broke. Put on a couple things to keep it up. I don't know how to fix it or if there is a fix.

    Great looking TV stand but difficult to assemble
    Very nice looking TV stand but a pain to put together. The assembly process in the instructions should be re-written because they are vague and the orientation of the pictures was confusing at some points. Some of the pre-drilled holes were too big for the hardware and pulled out as they were tightened. I would recommend any future buyers purchase some additional wood glue because the small tube supplied in this product is not enough for all of the dowels. Overall, it did turn out to be a good looking and sturdy TV stand. Also took forever to be delivered because FedEx lost the first order and the second order kept getting delayed for almost a week.

    DON'T BUY!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
    I was so excited to receive this item. Upon building it i noticed the holes don't align with the proper pieces. This caused the item to not be supported by the shelves and the back. There are gaps between the shelves and on the back of the stand. I called walmart for a replacement since i really loved the item and they COULD NOT help me. The rep said the item is no longer in stock. They said they would give me a refund but i need to bring it in!! WHAT DO YOU MEAN!! It more than half way done. It weighs a ton!! They said ok take it apart put it in a box and bring it in. I personally don't have a car or a walmart in New York City. That's why i ordered for it to be delivered. This is so upsetting i am out of $240 dollars now and a broken tv stand. There has to be a better way to solve this!!! Give me a credit with walmart so when it's back in stock i can order. From what i see on my end on the app it's in stock. Why is it my app and there inventory doesn't match???? It's a shame i can't t select no stars!!!!

    Dont judge a book by its cover
    Its made with cheap pressed boards, couple boards split from tighten a screw, bolts for the handles barely reached, needed counter sank little more or little longer screw. On inspection there was couple main boards that where cracked and you could tell they put glue in the cracks to seal it up, its a nice looking tv stand, but well see how it holds up
