Not 8 inches sitting
This is 8 inches long laying flat to include the horn and legs. It fits in my hand good only for a baby, not child. Very disappointing and way over priced for what you're getting.

    So incredibly soft!

    Cute baby gift and so soft!
    Purchased this as a newborn baby gift for friends. Paid around $9 and had free delivery so this was well within my gift budget once I added a few board books. The Unicorn is about 10" long, so it will be perfect for a baby to hold and carry as she grows. It can be gently washed and seems well made- I'm always concerned for any parts that could become a choking hazard. The material is super plushy soft. I looked at several similar items but all were at least 2-3x the price.

    So soft!
