You get what you pay for
One of the chair frames has a huge dent. When attempting to assemble, the shrews kept stripping out the holes. Very poor quality. I now have to figure out how to return the huge box in which it was delivered to the store as it will not fit in my vehicle.

    Cushions are not holding up very well
    After only 2 weeks of casual use the cushion are starting to flatten, I opened one and saw that there was only a 2 inch piece of foam that was wrapped in a batting material, If you purchase plan on adding new new foam. (if you can get the zipper to open all the way)

    Very nice set
    I bought this set for my sister for her birthday. Was very pleased. They were much nicer than I thought they would be. They were easily put together, sturdy, comfortable, a very pretty shade of blue and she loves them. She has a small balcony area but these were the perfect size.

    Comfy patio chairs for the assembler
    I was looking for a set of patio chairs and these looks like the style and size I was searching for. They look great and are super comfortable. The assembly took a little over two hours. You get a great tool to put it all together with, but you have to be really careful to not strip the screws. Take your time.

    It will come with scratches. In addition? It wasn't the easiest piece of furniture in to put together. The alignment was sort of off. I had to pull to get holes to align. By the end of the project, only one screw was missing. [couldn't get it in no matter what], over all looks good.

    One of these chairs had chips on the arm and the table also had chips on it and was already had rust on it. We just put them together on 7/6/2021.

    Cost to much money to correct the issue to use it.
    What I didn't like about these chairs was having to purchase a tap to correct the holes, the screws were getting stripped trying to put them in. I also was not happy to see rust on the metal after a short time of being left outside. I did call and have them send me new arms and screws so I would be able to screw the chair together-but the new arms sent also were not able to be used as the screws were getting stripped. The holes in arms also need to be tapped so the screws would go in. I am disappointed to know that I had to have the holes corrected and purchase something to fix them so we were able to use the chairs. I am enclosing pictures of what was done to correct the issue but I would also think that I should be reimbursed some of the money spent on this item at least $100.00 for all the work that had to be done to use the set. This review is not allowing me to add another picture of the rust but if you want to see it I will send it. Let me know. Thank you

    Great quality product!
    Great quality chairs and cushions! Love the color! Only complaint is the cushions you lean back on are not attached so the wind keeps pushing them forward or off the chair completely. They do bounce back and forth for motion but are not “rocking” chairs and I love it!
