Worth the diy assembly!!
The directions to put this beauty together were not too notch but I'm sure it was user error. This piece of furniture is amazing in white and extremely sturdy when assembled with care. The fireplace has separate buttons for the light and heater, which is more than I expected. The sides of fireplace with the shelves are wide enough to fit my printer but not tall enough to fit a bottle of wine; if that makes sense. The fireplace rests just mid-thigh so it is perfect for a large tv at eye height to my couch. I'd buy another if I needed one.

Defective! Do not buy!
Do not buy this product! I read directions and go page by page to put this TV stand together correctly. The holes on the top part do not match the pegs and screws. It was completely defective. Came scratched and chipped coming out of the package. Please read the reviews before purchasing you might save yourself ALOT of time.

    Beautiful TV stand...great value.
    I am absolutely in LOVE with this TV stand. It is just beautiful with the fire place and the price was a steal. That being said...it was a bit of a pain in the neck to assemble. You absolutely do need two people and maybe a few hours and some patience. But if you're up for the task...it is sooo worth it in the end. I would recommend this product to anyone who's looking for a good quality fireplace TV stand at a reasonable price.

    Fast shipping! Opened up the box and there was a deep long scratch in one of the boards. I proceeded to build it hoping it will be a less noticeable piece. Building time took about 2 hours with a helper. Once completed I love the look but shorter then expected. Overall give it a 4 because shipping was great, tv stand looks good but the scratch (which is under the shelve) is what made it a 4 instead of a 5 for me.

    Product came in broken box and wooden boards were damaged and chips. I had no choice to keep it because it arrived late for Christmas week. Plus 200 was kind of alot for a fireplace with no remote control and only one setting.

    chipped and predrilled on the wrong side
    when receiving the package i noticed some pretty substantial chips in the wood and thats at first glance got to put it together and four of the boards have been predrilled on the wrong side so its pretty much useless at this point and the return process is almost impossible still haven't figured it out wish me luck

    When I received this item it already had SEVERAL chips on the exterior of the wood. seems sturdy but is particle board in the end. I guess it's not terribly awful for the price, I just hate that it was already chipped when I received it.

    Very disappointed
    I liked the style. When I got all the pieces out of the box, so many of them had very noticeable chips on them They obviously don't have a quality inspector. The only reason I kept it was because I had to tear the box up to get the pieces out. The punch out hole in the back to run the chords through for the tv devices is only accessible if you leave the shelves in the center location. that was disappointing. Once it was put together it looks like the pics on Walmart website, minus all defects.

    Misleading Dimensions
    The design specs are incorrect. the picture says the top should be 19" but the bottom is 19" and the top is 17". Meaning I have 2" less clearance on this than anticipated and am stuck as I have no time to wait for a new one. This is ridiculous and completely misleading.

    Must buy, it's worth it.
    I absolutely love this fire place. Got the black one. Very easy to set up. Did it all by myself. Love how deep the shelves are. Love that it actually has a functional heater but I won't be using it cause it's too many Electrical fires. Overall I'm in love how the fire place lights up kinda wish it has some sounds but neither the less it's a great purchase.
