Great Planter Rings
We have been looking for these and they are perfect for what we wanted. They hold an 8" terra-cotta flower pot and come with mounting screws.

BUY BLACK SCREWS AHEAD ... YOU DON'T WANT
LIKE THE BRACKETS; BUT SCREWS WITH THEM WALLOW OUT WHEN INSTALLING ... HAD TO REMOVE SEVERAL WITH PLIERS BECAUSE COULD NOT SCREW IN COMPLETELY TO TIGHTEN UP BRACKET. SO, SAVE YOURSELF A TRIP AND BUY SOME BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE.
