Beautiful seating group
I did a lot of comparing and kept coming back to this set. We received it quickly and on time. My husband said it was very easy to put together, but then again, he is very handy. We love it. Comfortable and looks great!

money loss
5mos later one of my chairs ripped while a quest was sitting in in it. that was so embarrassing and the quest had to be pulled out of the chair. never again!!!! money loss....

    GREAT value and quality!
    We built a terrace in front of our house in early '22. Wanted some comfy furniture, and searched everywhere. Came upon this set in the WM site. Took a chance and ordered. Delivered in a large box. Quite easy installation, everything fit perfectly and seemed to have excellent quality. We sprayed the cushions with outdoor UV Scotchguard. LOVE the deep red color. Did not want to review for some months to test durability etc. 6 months later - the set is GREAT!!! Barely any wear etc. and weathered the weather just fine. Heartily recommend in all ways.... THX WM!!!!

    Difficult experience
    Bought Oct 2020 $369 back then. Bought another set July 2022 $198. Wanted new cushions but they're not available for purchase alone :( This set was beyond difficult to assemble to the point I called Walmart thinking it was not going to work! Finally we got it to piece together but my bf had to bend and force it and that was so scary to watch him do because if something went wrong other than the insane struggle that we were going through it would have been real bad for his hands. Y'all need to sell the cushions alone. If you can sell this for $198 you can sell the cushions alone for $100. I asked if I could buy the cushions alone and was told no. That is really absurd because it is possible to do. This will probably be the last time I buy another set like this I will probably go ahead and just buy cushions because of the extreme difficulty of assembling!!! Please make these cushions available for separate purchase! Mine turned light pink so I just wanted something pretty and this set is pretty don't get me wrong but wow what a frustrating experience. Also the top cushions do not tie so they are always falling over getting blown down and will fly off. I'm sorry I hate to leave a negative review, I think in all mt life this may be like the 4th one ever in my whole life and I've bought tons of things online as I am an adult, 99% of the things I buy I don't leave reviews, but it truly was a bad experience to go through. Pretty yes though it is. Also the res is darker than the original set and material seems better and the chairs are made differently under the seat which feels like they won't hold up as well but hopefully they do. Idk. The thing in the bottom roghr corner in bubble wrap is the table from the new July 2022 set. The table you see is from 2020 this one had very short screws and so did the furniture from that year. This time I noticed longer screws for the chairs so Im hoping the same for the new table.

    Poor quality material
    It was really nice and bigger than I expected . After putting it together we put the cushions on , two were ripped on the seam . I wanted to try to replace them , however there was no option . Had to take it all apart , which it wasn't easy . I received FedEx return label through email , that part was ok except FedEx never showed up to pick up .

    Something so simple turned in to a disaster!
    First thing I noticed upon opening the box the entire glass to the table was shattered! The leg to the love seat was bent also! I'm guessing this happen when shipping. Moving on to the actual product. Something that should have taken 90 minutes or less to put together, turned into 5 hours, because the none of the pre drilled holes lined up with the part it was suppose to attached to! When attaching the seat to the back of the chair, the piece that was suppose to slide into each other were off by a few centimeters and I had to hammer it to actually bend it and it still wouldn't go. Needless to say the easiest piece to put together was the loveseat. Every piece fit perfectly without having to modify to actually make it fit. One leg on the chair was shorter than the other, so the chair rocks back

    Skint up, dented and frustrating experience!!
    The box this set was delivered in was trashed and full of dirt. The FedEx man was embarrassed to deliver it. Got everything out and nothing was missing but it's all skinned and dinged up, some pieces were bent and dinted. One of the cushions has holes in it. Couldn't get anyone on the phone due to it being a Sunday but there is an email to report damages and so I sent an email with pictures because it says not to return it to the store. Sent the email on Tuesday and it's Sunday again with no word. I even included my phone number in case it was easier to call. Nothing. Both the chairs have one leg that is considerably shorter than the other 3 causing them to wobble and the coffee table has something black on the glass/frame that won't come off. Super disappointed in the condition this arrived and even more in the customer service. It's a shame when you spend $250 on something and it shows up looking this way but to hear nothing at all after sending an email with pictures for proof is super frustrating!!! Some of it may have been shipping damage but some of it definitely was not because the dings were rusted. I can't even upload enough pictures to show all the damages.

    I have looked for months at sets online and finally decided on this set and I'm so very happy I did. We love this set. The cushions are so comfortable and the set looks great on our deck. Assembly was so easy, my daughter and I put it together in about 30 minutes

    Sale price is good for patio set
    Very nice furniture set for the price. My only complaint is that based on the information I thought the coffee table had an umbrella hole in the center. No such deal. Thinking this was a feature is why I bought it. Also a corner of the coffee table the powder coat finish is chipped away exposing the metal. Hope to get a resolution for this as this will be the first place it rusts. Assembly wasn't to bad. Just getting the arms attached to the back and seat was a little tricky as I didn't want to strip the screws accidentally.

    Not great quality
    I like how the set looks. But, when I put them together, the screws and the frame do not line up. Contacted seller with pictures and info. Pictures still had the letter stickers on each piece with a detailed description and additional photos to show exactly where they did not align. I received multiple responses, “what part dies to fit, we need the letter” and which side does the screws not fit (already detailed with photos in my original request). After a few weeks, no response. I had to contact them again. They finally replaced the arm piece. While I have been waiting, the other pieces have been under my patio out of the sun and rain. They are already rusting. Would not recommend if you plan on buying furniture that will last. Less than 2 months is a bad way to start with rust.

    Absolute Garbage
    I never write reviews but I figured this particular purchase warranted one. I ignored all the bad reviews because I usually have pretty good luck ordering furniture online from Walmart. Not this time. After fighting with one of the arms I finally got the screw holes lined up only to pull the other arm out and find it looked like someone had taken a sledgehammer to it. I put it on anyway because I really didn't want to return this. Then I pulled out a cushion and half of one side was completely open with the stuffing exposed. I get that this is cheap furniture and I expected low quality but I didn't expect it to look like it had been salvaged from a junk yard. There are better cheap options out there. I don't recommend this one.
