3-piece patio set (chose the red)
I am very pleased with this purchase, chairs are a cinch to assemble,only had one bolt that wouldn't bite,but it's stable enough,I haven't moved yet so my photos are just assembled chairs,hope my new deck will look nice,also chairs do swivel- that's what I was looking for

Not happy with product and time to get here...
Its a good looking set had to wait some time for it when it said 2day shipping. And after getting it the pint is chipped all over it on the legs and handles. I say don't get it because the packaging sucks and if you don't mind chipped paint then this will be for you. I ask for touch up paint and they said they can not do that told me I would have to take it apart pack it up and send it back. I have a lot more photos it would just let me post two.

    Back yard haven.
    Easy to assemble, seat cushions come with straps to enable them not to fly off, back cushions not the same but a couple of Velcro fixes that issue. Lovely table and chairs are awesome and comfy. Very happy with purchase for my back yard.

    Easy to assemble, comfortable, good price!
    Super easy to assemble! The table was a lot bigger than I expected, which is nice. Pretty comfortable. I like that the chairs swivel and rock a bit. Definitely will be spending many summer evenings out on the porch in these!

    Poor customer Service response for damaged chair
    I liked the price and of this 3 piece Bistro set. I put table together, then chair and prepared to put last chair together, but found on arrival one seat chair had a cut in it. Since the chair depends on the “screen bottom” to support a seated person, it was not useable. I reached out to phone number on enclosed instruction package, left name and number as instructed for a call back. NEVER RECEIVED ONE! Then emailed customer service TWICE (with attached picture of seat problem

    They should ensure all the holes are drilled
    Cute set. Seats are a little small but comfy so far. There are no bolt holes on 2 sides of the table so I'll have to drill those

    Arrived broken. Returning it. Hopefully the return is processed quickly because I really want the set. I'm going to reorder it. I would have liked to have them deliver another at the time they are picking up the return.

    bent, scrapped, and rusted when taken out of box
    This set was exactly what I was looking for. However when it arrived, the table was bent on one side and the glass was out of the frame. Also, there were several areas on the chairs that were scrapped down to bare metal and even rusted in spots! I called customer service for an exchange. The representative was very nice and helpful and I received my new set very quickly. However, the second set wasn't much better. There were still areas of the chairs and table that were scrapped down to bare metal and one section was rusted. I ended up keeping the second set because of the hassle of disassembling, repacking, and returning the set for a 2nd time. Its unfortunate that so little care was given to the set, as the construction is of good quality. If you don't want your new items looking used out of the box, I don't recommend this set! Very disappointing!

    Nice but came scratched
    I love the chairs and the table was actually much larger than I had expected but I will say that a lot of the black had scratched and chipped away from the metal, there was also a hole all the way through one of the pieces, not large but still. I do love the look and comfort of the chairs and the cushions are nice too.

    Very satisfied with the quality of this set. Chairs are very comfortable. It arrived 3 days ahead of schedule. Husband had no problem putting it together. There were a few scratches that had definitely happened before packing for shipment but nothing serious.

    Arrived on time as promised! Few paint scratches
    All in one big box including tools. No tools needed easy to assemble in half the time. the chairs is set in the right position fit. If the bolts are hard to fit ur doing it backwards facing. I just wish they put an adjustable footings for extra height for non level flooring and to avoid rusting in the future. Oh well, I'll just spray some wd40 at the bottom.
