Great trash can
I got this trash can for my bathroom because I was tired of my cat turning over the can and making a mess. This is a great trash can for that purpose. You can use plastic bags from the grocery store to line it, and it has an O-ring to hold the bag in place. It is a little bit smaller than I thought, but it's big enough for a bathroom and I love the stainless steel.

GOOD LOOKING BUT SMALL
This is a very nice looking and well designed waste basket. It's attractive silver color with black edging makes it easy to fit most rooms in your home. The foot pedal which easily opens the lid is also easy to reach to open with the lid also securely closing. Most grocery bags could be used to line this can. The only reason i didn't give it five stars is because 1.3 gallons is very small although this may work in your home if you don't want your trash can to stand out in your room. Nice little trash can.

    Features: soft close lid, stainless steel, drip pan n ring to hide bag which I probably won't use cause my brother might break it when taking out the trash. But the ring works , it does hide your bag (see pic) if you need it too.

    Perfect size
    I bought this to be near the litter box when I clean it out. It is so perfect. I was worried it was going to be too small as I was using a regular 4-5 gal trashcan prior. I wanted something with a lid because no matter what odor-busting products are used, a lid does way more. With two cats, I could use the same bag for two weeks, but I change it out weekly to help with odor and to dump out the sawdust from the pine pellets. I also bought those paw shaped litter odor things from Walmart and placed it in the trash can before I added the bag and I believe it's helped too.

    Good bathroom or kitty litter garbage can
    I received this Mainstays garbage can for free as part of the Walmart Spark Reviewer program. I have previously purchased similar products from Brabantia and Simple Human. This garbage can is a great size for a bathroom or for a litter box area. The slow close lid makes it especially appropriate for any place you don't want a lid clanging down noisily, like a bathroom adjacent to a bedroom. There is an interior ring that is used for tucking in the garbage bag, which gives a neat appearance. Unlike the Simple Human or Brabantia cans that are of the same size and similar in appearance, it does not have a full size plastic bucket inside; there is a small, removable tray at the bottom. The metal feels slightly less substantial than the Brabantia, but it is equivalent to the Simple Human. It doesn't have the odor blocking that Brabantia offers, but just having a lid to close is sufficient for many needs. We use it for kitty litter and are happy with it.

    Round Step Trash Can
    I received the step trash can several days ago. It is very cute, but it is smaller than I had imagined. I wanted it to put in one of my bathrooms, but it is so small I will have to replace the bag in it about every day. My husband commented that it would be hard to open the can while sitting on the stool. Maybe I will put it in one of my bedrooms, it would be ideal for that purpose. It is nice and shinny and the mechanism is very smooth operating.

    Perfect for Small Spaces
    This stainless steel Mainstays 1.3 Gal / 5L Round Step Trash Can is so cute and a great space saver. I'mm going to use it in my kitchen under the sink when my tiny cabin is finished. The hands free disposal is perfect for the bathroom as well and I'm considering getting another for that space. I would definitely recommend.

    Very nice looking, sturdy
    This is a very good looking stainless steel small trash can. The design fits well with most any decor. Handy to just step on lever and no need for everyone to be touching the can. I ordered it for a convenient way to clean the cat box. The lid keeps any odors in so I can just replace the bag every other day or so depending on kitties needs! The inside ring holds the bag and allows you to hide the excess "baggage" and not take away from the looks of the trash can itself. I guess the ony reason I knocked a star off is because the lid does not stay open on its own, unlike our step open can in the kitchen. Might just purchase one for the other bathroom also!

    Perfect for small spaces
    I like the design of this garbage can. Stainless steel and black, it gives it a nice sophisticated appeal. The material feels durable and the quality is very nice and sturdy. I put this in my laundry room because surprisingly it gets more use than the bathroom. It open and closes easily without a lot of pressure. The lid has a slow soft close so it doesn't bang shut. It states it takes a standard 4 gallon bag but to me that still seems quite large as I had to tuck quite a bit of it under the plastic ring so it doesn't hang out and in the first initial use, unless your throwing something heavy in it, you have to put your hand inside to push it down. Overall, I really like the garbage can and would consider purchasing another for the guest bathroom.

    Nice size little can
    This is a nice size trash can for my home office. I like that the bag can be hidden until the rim of the lid. It opens and closes quietly. I like having a lid to keep my cats from getting into it. It is stylish in silver and black. I would definitely recommend it.
