Great for small projects
Easy to use. Great little machine for the price. We had one similar some years back and it had a peddle with it. This one does not come with one but has a spot to plug one in. We bought this mainly to do small projects and repairs.

A toy not a mini sewing machine
This is should be on in the toy department not the craft department. It is definitely a toy. I have been teaching my 8 year old granddaughter to see and she saw this thing it was one of the small machines bought it. The very next day it went back and we purchased a regular sized machine

    Missing parts
    I received the sewing machine and so far is working well with batteries …but I'm missing the wires, please send me the missing parts.

    Bought this for my granddaughter and might as well get her an adult one cause this one doesn't work like it should or at all at times. I would not recommend this to anyone.

    Bought as a gift for my daughter
    It works ok with supervision. The guard comes in really great but there are lots of times that the thread has to be fixed. For under $30 you get what you pay for I guess haha. I wish there was another speed other than “fast” and “slow” but it does okay for a first sewing machine.

    I though this gift for my niece would be perfect but it didn't work and kit was incomplete, missing the cords. Don't know if they're not included but it doesn't say that on the box. Didn't work with batteries either. worked for like 5 min. I hope that I just got a defected one. Trading it now.

    My Very Own Sewing Machine
    Great for beginners. My 8 year old granddaughter loves it! It's safe and works well. Definitely recommend for children showing interest in sewing.

    Worst Item Ive Ever Purchased
    If i would have known this sewing machine was going to make my 10 year old cry , I would have never purchased. This is not child friendly, as a 37 yr old ive taken apart a plethera of things and rebuilt them. I've built things and read instructions afterwards just to challenge my abilities. As my daughter set and watched me fight with this machine that she desperately wanted to start her designer business tears fell from her eyes. I've never felt like such disappointment from my baby.

    GARBAGE! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!
    Doesn't work with batteries! Cord makes it run way to fast for young people to use. Garbage
