Not sure how-effective this product is since I just started it. The capsules are easy to swallow. I wish I did not have to take 6-tablets

    Results are almost everything
    The verdict is still out how effective the product is, but taste is neutral in a smoothie with fruit. I just empty the capsules in, and I'm doing it the slow way with about 5 Grams a day with no load. First time truly sticking with creatine.. I'm about ten days in. It came as expected, and seems the capsules are evenly filled. Good brand I think with packaging.

    Great strength gains
    I have used this for 2 months i have gained 40 to 50 pounds on my lifts sure it will platue off but still great quick gains. Love this product getting ready to make another order now.
