Country Life Magnesium Caps are very easy to swallow. I didn't know a lot about the benefits magnesium before taking these but since I have started, my bruises have healed much quicker! I'm happy with the results and plan to continue using them.

    Love these for bedtime
    I've been taking these every night before bed, and they really help me to relax and get a good night's rest. I like that they're small, easy to swallow, and don't have any aftertaste. These are great if you have muscle spasms, too!

    Easy to take
    I have osteoarthritis and struggle with muscle issues and immune system problems. these vitamins are formulated for these issues, so they were perfect for me. easy to swallow, they don't swim back up on me. they don't upset my stomach. I don't know if they've really made a difference, but I'll continue taking them as it definitely couldn't hurt!

    I thoroughly enjoyed these magnesium caps. They are easy to swallow and don't cause any tummy upset for me. I take them at night after my workout and before bed. My delayed onset muscle soreness is greatly improved and so is my digestion. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a quality magnesium supplement.

    My muscle pains are all gone.
    After taking these magnesium caps I notice that my muscles are more relaxed after long standing at work, my sleeping pattern has improved, I feel more energized after the good sleep. I have learnt that silica helps to support healthy bones and connective tissues, I love the ingredients they have no side effects. I also love the glass bottle it came it, told my family and friends about it, they would be missing out alot if the don't buy. I don't think am going run out out of country life magnesium caps.     I have always taken vitamins and supplements and magnesium is one that I take. This particular one does not have the laxative effect a lot of the others have which is a good thing. I take it at night and I really think it's helped with my leg cramps and helping soothe me to sleep. this is a great brand it's a brand I've used before and I highly recommend it. in post-pandemic times I really think getting any additional help with your immune system and your nutrition will really go to making you healthy and resistant to any illnesses. I am not a doctor and I am not claiming this will cure anything but it has helped me as I said in my earlier part of the review that I think it's helped with my leg cramps which magnesium is known to do and I think it's helped with my sleep. Consult a doctor before you start any supplements.

    I received a Voxbox with Country Life Magnesium Caps & I was amazed at how well they worked to relax my aching legs & relieved my headache! I've always had trouble sleeping, as I suffer from fibromyalgia, but with the Magnesium Caps I was able to fall asleep quickly and stay asleep and I had a great night sleep! The Magnesium worked absolutely excellent at relieving the cramps I've always had in my arms & legs, not to mention that it relieved my sore neck.     I received this product for free as part of a campaign. This is my honest opinion. Magnesium is an excellent supplement especially for my busy and active lifestyle. I'm a healthcare worker and try to work out at least 4-5 times a week, mostly strength training with some conditioning and walks outside. I also love my coffee, and sometimes I get cramps. Magnesium can be helpful for this. I'm very satisfied with these vitamins mostly because of how clean this brand is. This is a certified gluten free product! The pills are a comfortable size and as someone with previous difficulty with swallowing some pills, these are so nice and easy to take! The packaging is great quality as well.
