tastes great
I started taking Hair Skin and Nails when my nails started splitting vertically and getting ridges. The swallowable pills were so large and hard to swallow. I tried these as an alternative and they are much easier to take. My hair grows fast and my nails are very strong.

These gummies are okay. I've tried a few, and I'm not sure if I'll continue. I'll try to take all of them just because. They don't have they best texture or flavor. I'm hopeful that they will work though.

    Helps nails grow fast!
    I noticed that my nails were stronger and longer after consistently taking these vitamins. Compared to other similar products, I preferred the taste and texture of these.

    Great Form of Biotin!
    This is the best form of biotin I've taken! The taste is delicious strawberry with no aftertaste! I haven't taken them long enough to see major results, but my hair and skin are already looking healthier. I am anxious to see further benefits the longer I take them!

    03/05/21 I have been taking these vitamins for a few weeks. They taste great and almost melt in your mouth Its kinda hard to eat just two. However they do leave a bit of a after taste but nothing too bad its very faint. I notice a huge difference in my skin. I have a glow. These are a great addition to any skin cleaning routine. Also my nails are much stronger and growing beautifully. Oh and they are vegetarian. I love them
